What is Chiihou?
Chiihou (Earth Hand) is a yakuman where a non-dealer (South, West, or North seat) wins on their very first draw. Your starting 13 tiles must be tenpai, and your first drawn tile completes the hand.
With an occurrence rate of about 0.0005%, it’s extremely rare - you might see it once in a lifetime. Like tenhou, it’s determined purely by luck.
